You can update your preferences at any point during your subscription. Shirtbot will learn and adjust your selections going forward. Worry not, Shirtbot will let you know exactly what he has chosen for you before we ship your item out. So if you are not happy with his first choice you can ask him to suggest more, or choose any design from our store for your upcoming Monthly delivery!

Do I get to choose my designs?
Yes you do! Though for your very first delivery Shirtbot will use your selected categories & interests to select your perfect shirt! For each month thereafter you will be able to view Shirtbots selection, have Shirtbot suggest more great items or select any design from the Shirtbox store for that months delivery.
WHat does it cost to join?
We do not charge a joining fee. We simply charge once every 30 days for your item and the postage for as long as you want!
Can I change my sign up selections?
Yes you can at any point in your subscription you can visit your subscription portal. You can edit your size, colour and full interest options for all active subscriptions on your account.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes you may have as many subscriptions as you like on one account. Each subscription has its own set of interests and preferences which you can edit at any time in your Subscription Portal.
Is there a contract, am i locked in?
There is no contract! If you are not completely happy with monthly please do reach out to us to let us know. You can cancel or adjust your subscription whenever you like in your Subscription Portal
Can I Use a promo code?
You can use Shirtbox Monthly promo codes only on subscriptions. Normal Shirtbox promotional codes will not work against the subscription products. They will however apply to other items in your cart.
