Terms of Sale: All purchases made on the Shirtbox.com web site are subject to the following terms and conditions. Shirtbox.com is an e-commerce site wholly owned and controlled by TEDIM International ltd and of course these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Accuracy of Information: Shirtbox.com takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in ANY doubt we recommend you contact us via e-mail with any questions you may have. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of these products. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Shirtbox Monthly and Cancelations

Signing up to Shirtbox Monthly, either through the product sign up form or by selecting the “subscribe and save” radio button on the product detail page, enters you into a recurring monthly payment contract with us.  Your selected payment method will automatically be billed each month thereafter and the appropriate product will be sent to you.  If at any time you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, this can be done by logging into your account or by contacting us directly.  If you wish to cancel after receiving a product billed by the recurring payment system, then you may do so and your cancelation will be effective from the following month.  The item you have received will not be refunded.

Acceptance of Orders: By clicking on the [confirm order] button, you are acknowledging these terms. This, however, represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us by dispatching the goods to you with a dispatch note issued by us to you. Receipt of an order via the Shirtbox.com website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. We reserve the right to amend any omissions or errors on any page or in any documents without liability on our part. You, as the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of any order made and for the giving of such necessary information relating to the sale terms and delivery.

EU Purchases & VAT

We are fully compliant with the new EU IOSS regulations and your sale price will include the relevant VAT for your country.  You will not be charged any additional costs other than those you see at checkout.

Please note: For orders placed from, but where the delivery address outside of, the UK. We are currently unable to pre-pay customs and VAT charges. Your recipient will be liable for any import incurred.

Purchases Outside the UK & EU, VAT and taxes.

All purchases made from outside the UK or EU are Zero-rated for VAT, as per the UK HMRC instructions (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/vat-exports-dispatches-and-supplying-goods-abroad).  We attach the correct customs declaration form (CN22) to each shipment, including the type and value of the goods therein.  The purchaser may then be responsible for any additional charges as the item enters the destination country.

General Sales: All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. TEDIM International Ltd. will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards.  We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

In the unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused or loss of data as a result of using any of our products. All orders are shipped from within mainland UK and a VAT invoice will be sent with your order. By uploading photographs, Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the photograph, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format the material for such purposes and assign to the Promoter and its subsidiary companies all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and waive all moral rights, in and to your entry. All photographs submitted will become the property of the Promoter on receipt.
