MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. For the best fit, measure over undergarments that you plan to wear with your clothing.
A: Chest
Lift your arms up and wrap a flexible tape measure around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Drop arms to your sides (over the tape) to take the measurement. It should be under your arms.
Shirtbox chest measurements are all the way around your body, not just across the front of your chest.
B: Body Length
Use a flexible tape to measure from the top of the shoulder down your body to the point where you want your garment to end.
